Cancellation Policy

We understand that time is valuable and that includes our stylists. We recognize that life is unpredictable and sometimes that leads to cancelling appointments. However, when a client cancels with short notice, their stylist has time they cannot book. 

• Appointments cancelled 48-24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of $50. 
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no show appointments will result in a fee of $100. 

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we are happy to discuss adjustments with our clients, we do not offer refunds for any services.
