VICTORIA KELLY

Owner | Stylist

Victoria is a Cincinnati native. She has been licensed since 2012, and her dream was to open her own salon to help others grow. Victoria loves sharing knowledge which is why she’s an educator and ambassador for Keune Haircosmetics, Shark Fin Shears, and Fast Foils! Education is her passion. Victoria’s creative outlet is working on photoshoots, creating, and collaborating with her colleagues.
